Support can include reflection and planning conversations, written exercises, brief check-ins, and concrete suggestions framed as experiments.

A standalone session for clarity when you're stuck, with no expectation of ongoing work.

Current rates reflect a discount for early clients who help establish the practice and give permission to use their experience as examples or testimonials (anonymized if preferred). These rates are currently around 20% below standard pricing.
