Current rates reflect a discount for early clients who help establish the practice and give permission to use their experience as examples or testimonials (anonymized if preferred). These rates are currently around 20% below standard pricing.
Getting Started
Fit Check — $50
A short conversation to see if this work is right for you. You leave with a real insight or next step regardless.
If we decide to work together, you'll also leave with a quote. I'll suggest what I think would be the smallest effective level of involvement for what you're working on — which means the quote reflects what would actually help, not more than that.
One-Time Session — $150
This is for people who want a single conversation: sense-making, planning, or working through a specific block.
Ongoing Accompaniment
Ongoing Accompaniment — Quoted per cycle
Work happens in renewable cycles with adaptive involvement. We start with a best guess about what will help, try it, and adjust as we go.
Before beginning ongoing work, we'll have a Groundwork session, a 90-minute conversation to explore your situation, set expectations, and determine how to structure the first cycle. The time for this session is included in your first cycle quote.
How pricing is determined
Ongoing accompaniment is quoted per cycle based on the level of involvement that would actually help right now, and the length of the cycle (often monthly, sometimes shorter early on).
I'll propose a clear structure and price before each cycle begins. Nothing renews automatically. We continue only while the work is useful.
If at any point the level of involvement feels like too much or not enough, we adjust.

What cycles can look like
Once this practice has more history, I'll share real examples of how cycles have been structured and priced, so you can see how this works in practice.
Payment
Payment is due at the start of each cycle for the agreed services. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24+ hours notice. A cancellation policy applies to protect both our time and commitment.
After Work Ends
Safety Line — $30
After our work together ends, you can pay for the option to reach out once during the month, for reassurance, a quick question, or brief recalibration. You might not need it, but it's there if you do.
Available only to those who have completed ongoing accompaniment work. This is not restarting the relationship. It's a light touchpoint while you step fully into independence. This is priced lower than other services partly as thanks for working with me and trusting the process.
